Job Description

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, promoting products and closing deals. This role is central to generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets. A successful Telecaller in sales needs to be persuasive, target-driven, and customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the product they are promoting.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate cold calls or follow-up calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits to the customer.
Generate and maintain leads by actively prospecting potential clients.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the sales team.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, follow-up, product demonstration, and negotiation to closing the deal.
