Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.
Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries effectively.
Build rapport with customers and encourage them to take desired actions .Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
Maintain professionalism and handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to develop strategies to improve performance.
Report on call outcomes, feedback, and any challenges encountered to the team leader or manager.
