Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing incoming calls, answering queries, generating leads, and fixing appointments for event consultations. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Fixing:
- Schedule appointments for the sales and event coordination teams with prospective clients.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients regarding the appointment details (time, location, agenda).
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and ensure they are passed to the appropriate department for follow-up.
- Client Call Answering:
- Handle inbound calls from clients, answer inquiries about event services, and provide necessary information.
- Guide clients through the event planning process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed clients and ensure a smooth transition to the event management team.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, appointments, and leads
- Update client information and track progress on leads and appointments.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the event management and sales teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide feedback on client queries and trends to help improve services.
