Telecaller position is open for immediate hiring
Duties:- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- 12th grade or higher education
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote company products or services.

Follow up on leads provided by the sales or marketing team and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.

Provide information about company services, features, and benefits to potential customers.

Assist in gathering customer feedback and building strong relationships with clients through phone communication.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Qualify leads based on specific criteria set by the sales team and ensure they are added to the database for follow-up.

Track and maintain accurate records of calls made, client interactions, and leads in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Help identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services based on customer needs.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, offering solutions and escalating issues to senior staff when needed.

Ensure customers have a positive experience during calls and feel valued throughout their interactions with the company.

Assist in providing product or service details and resolving customer queries in a professional manner.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Record details of customer conversations, leads, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.

Maintain accurate logs of all calls, including outcomes and potential leads.

Prepare weekly or monthly reports on performance metrics such as call volume, successful calls, and lead conversion rates.

Training & Learning:

Learn about the company’s products, services, and sales processes to improve communication and effectiveness during calls.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Assist in gathering market intelligence or competitor information based on customer feedback.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with overall business goals.

Share insights and feedback on customer responses, helping the team improve their outreach strategies.
