Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves generating leads, reaching out to corporate HR and L&D professionals, and scheduling meetings to showcase our corporate training and LMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (corporate HR and L&D professionals).
- Identify leads and introduce CodeBlu’s services.
- Schedule meetings with prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telecalling or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
