Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about a company’s offerings.

Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products, services, or support.

Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-up:

Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through telephonic interactions.

Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them at regular intervals.

Convince and influence customers to purchase products or services or schedule appointments.
3. Database Management:

Maintain and update customer databases with new information, call details, feedback, and outcomes.

Record and track customer responses to assess campaign effectiveness.

Ensure data confidentiality and follow the company’s data protection policies.
4. Customer Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain a positive rapport with customers.

Build long-term customer relationships through regular and meaningful interactions.

Address customer concerns, complaints, or dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.
5. Script and Campaign Execution:

Use provided scripts or prepare personalized messages depending on the type of customer.

Participate in telecalling campaigns for surveys, promotions, or event reminders.

Adapt communication style based on the customer’s tone, mood, or level of interest.
6. Reporting and Feedback:

Prepare daily or weekly reports detailing calls made, responses received, and conversion rates.

Share customer insights and feedback with the marketing or sales team to improve strategies.

Highlight recurring customer concerns to help improve products or services.
