Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and services. Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and amenities. Follow up with leads and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Maintain a record of client interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visit conversions. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships. Stay updated on the latest property listings, market trends, and competitor offering.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (experience in real estate is a plus). Proficiency in [local language(s)] and English. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. Ability to convince potential clients and handle objections effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.
Efficient in managing time, maintaining records, and following up with leads. Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment. Ability to address client concerns and provide solutions quickly.
