Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a basic understanding of real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups

Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Answer customer queries regarding properties, payment plans, and documentation.
Maintain a database of interested buyers and sellers.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

3. Scheduling Site Visits

Coordinate and confirm property site visits for prospective buyers.
Work closely with the sales team and field agents for smooth transactions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and conversions.
Provide regular reports on lead status and sales performance.
