Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our KP Security team in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients & Manpower in Lucknow and surrounding areas to introduce our security services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on client needs and requirements.
- Explain the benefits and features of our security solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in our CRM system (or specified system).
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert them into potential clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and appointment & guards targets.
- Handle client & guard inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Stay updated on the latest security industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
