Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Customer Service/Sales

Reporting to: Team Leader/Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Contact: Contact customers via telephone to understand their needs and provide information about products/services.

2. Product/Service Information: Provide customers with information about products/services and answer their questions.

3. Sales and Marketing: Promote products/services and make sales.

4. Customer Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer complaints and resolve them.

5. Data Entry: Enter customer data into the system.

6. Regular Reporting: Submit regular reports to the Team Leader/Supervisor.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

2. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in telemarketing/customer service. Freshers will also be considered

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints.

5. Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and call center software.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Sales Experience: Experience in sales is an added advantage.

2. Language Skills: Knowledge of Hindi and English languages is an added advantage.

3. Call Center Certification: Call center certification is an added advantage.
