We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at MaitreTech. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients and promoting our range of technology services and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our value proposition, generate leads, and contribute to our business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
