Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and convincing Telecaller to join our team at Masterify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining our graduation and post-graduation programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce educational programs.

Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.

Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.

Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings.

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.
