Job Description: Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and promoting our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Provide detailed information about the company's products or services.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Follow up on leads, resolve customer complaints, and ensure timely feedback.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
