Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and help us grow our business by connecting with potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services to potential clients.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
