Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on generating leads and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Manage customer queries and provide timely responses.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.
Assist in resolving client complaints and providing solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
Strong English communication skills (Tamil preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
