Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales and customer service team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and support customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a confident and friendly attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people over the phone, has a persuasive personality, and is motivated to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing options based on customer needs.

Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify customer needs and provide solutions using company offerings.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call outcomes and customer responses.

Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.

Convert potential leads into confirmed sales or appointments for field representatives.

Customer Service and Support:

Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries or support requests.

Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience.

Guide customers through the purchasing process or post-sales procedures.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Database and Documentation:

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system or call log sheets.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Record details of conversations, feedback, and follow-up actions.

Generate call reports for management review as required.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Work under pressure to achieve KPIs such as number of calls, conversions, and retention rates.

Suggest improvements to the calling process and strategies to increase performance.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales team, marketing department, or supervisors for updates on promotions, new products, or campaigns.

Share customer insights and challenges to help refine marketing strategies.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
