Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.

Handle inbound calls from customers who may have inquiries, complaints, or need support.

Ensure a high level of professionalism and courtesy when speaking with customers on the phone.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify potential leads through various sources such as online databases, referrals, or company records.

Qualify leads by gathering necessary information to determine if they are interested in the product/service being offered.

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for further discussions or sales activities.

Product or Service Promotion:

Effectively communicate product or service features and benefits to prospects or existing customers.

Tailor the pitch to suit the customer's needs, preferences, or pain points.

Provide information about promotions, discounts, or new product offerings to increase sales opportunities.

Customer Support and Information:

Address customer queries, explain product details, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Offer basic troubleshooting, product support, or guidance for services provided.

Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, services, or upcoming events.

Data Entry and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Ensure all relevant customer information is updated, such as contact details, inquiries, and purchase history.

Follow up on leads and convert them into customers, tracking progress through sales pipelines.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving personal sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.

Report regularly to the supervisor or manager regarding call statistics, conversion rates, and sales results.

Meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company for call volume, conversions, or customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Building:

Build a rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships, ensuring continued engagement.
