Job Time - 11 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Calling to donor for donation of Medical or education cases and collecting donation amount for that case.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our NGO’s fundraising and awareness team. The ideal candidate will engage with donors, supporters, and the general public to raise funds and promote initiatives related to medical aid and education for underprivileged communities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for social causes, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising & Donor Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors to encourage contributions.
- Explain the NGO’s mission, medical assistance programs, and educational initiatives.
- Address donor queries and provide relevant information on how their contributions make an impact.
- Maintain positive relationships with donors and ensure high donor retention.
2. Awareness & Outreach:
- Inform people about the organization’s campaigns, projects, and success stories.
- Encourage individuals, corporates, and institutions to support medical and educational causes.
- Share details about upcoming fundraising events and initiatives.
3. Database Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate donor records, including pledges, contributions, and interactions.
- Update CRM or spreadsheets with call details and donation status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and donations secured.
4. Communication & Relationship Building:
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and assist donors in the contribution process.
- Build trust with potential donors by providing transparent and credible information.
- Follow up with donors and supporters to ensure continued engagement with the NGO’s activities.
