Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing customer support. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Lead Generation)

Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
Convince and convert leads into customers.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM software.

2. Inbound Call Handling (Customer Support & Query Resolution)

Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups

Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upselling, or additional services.
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

Maintain daily call records and update databases.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales conversions.
Work towards achieving individual and team targets.
