Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, or support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer database and records of calls and feedback.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups as required.
Handle customer objections and offer appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude.
