Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products/services, and generating sales or leads. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and encourage sales.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.

Maintain call logs and prepare reports on call performance.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Fluency in the required language(s); bilingual abilities are a plus.
Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
