Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or in customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

Fluency in the required language(s); bilingual abilities are a plus.
