Job description:
1. Enrolling students for courses offered by company.
2. Follow up on Enquiry and database
3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure and course details
5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Walk-in Conversion:
Engage with walk-in visitors, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the admissions process.
Lead Qualification:
Assess and qualify potential students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Admissions Guidance:
Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.
Application Assistance:
Assist applicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
Interviews and Counseling:
Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of prospective students and guide them towards suitable programs.
Collaboration with Academic Departments:
Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in efforts to attract and convert prospective students.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathise and build rapport with prospective students.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding admissions targets.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Stay informed about educational trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyse market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
