Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing or investing in our holiday homes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients from leads provided or self-generated, introducing them to our holiday homes in the Konkan region.
- Client Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and investment capabilities.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations, highlight the unique selling points of our properties, and answer any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Follow-up & Closing Deals: Follow up with leads, ensuring consistent communication to close deals and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while ensuring that all offers and deals align with company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and follow-up timelines in the CRM system.
- Provide Updates: Keep the sales team informed about lead status, customer feedback, and any market trends or competitor activities.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a sales role, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to close deals over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a keen focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue to push for sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in selling real estate or holiday homes is preferred.
