Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our growing financial services firm. The primary role involves contacting prospective clients, introducing our investment products (such as PMS, AIF, stock advisory, and wealth management services), generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with our senior financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential investors and clients from company-provided leads or databases.
Explain and promote financial products like Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), mutual funds, and stock advisory services.
Identify and understand client needs, and pass on qualified leads to the sales/investment team.
Maintain detailed call logs, customer information, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
Coordinate closely with the sales and advisory teams to help convert leads into long-term clients

Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal communication skills in the required languages (English, Hindi, or regional)
Good listening, negotiation, and convincing skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, CRM software, dialing systems)
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
Patience, confidence, and a polite attitude
Multitasking and time management abilities
Strong memory and quick learning for product knowledge and processes
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
