Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to explain our training and recruitment services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about course offerings.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure conversion into clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate meetings.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in the training or recruitment sector.
Familiarity with lead generation and sales techniques.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
