Job Overview:
Skill Zone AI is seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in promoting our training and recruitment services, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to explain our training and recruitment services.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about course offerings.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure conversion into clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the training or recruitment sector.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales techniques.
