Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information to customers, and generate leads for the business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be persuasive, and have a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries.
Provide details about products/services and guide customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers only apply.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
