Job Description: SRV Group is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers.
Explaining the features and benefits of our products.
Converting leads into sales.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Education: Any graduate.
Location: Candidate must be based in Bhopal.

Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques is preferable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
