Position: Telecaller

Total Experience -2+ Years

Location - Work from office Bangalore

Looking for immediate joiner

CTC- 2.5 LPA

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, maintaining good client relations, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound hot/cold calls to prospective clients/customers.

 Explain products/services and respond to inquiries.

 Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

 Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

 Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.

 Follow up on leads and maintain a relationship with potential customers.

Requirements:

 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to persuade and influence clients.

 Strong customer service orientation.

 Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs and data entry.

 Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

 Strong hold on Kannada, Hindi & English.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service.

 Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
