Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Solar Sales Department. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy products and services to potential customers over the phone. You will engage with customers, provide information about solar solutions, answer queries, and assist in scheduling meetings for further consultations with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote solar energy solutions.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and its potential cost savings to customers.
Qualify leads by gathering information about customers’ energy needs and identifying suitable solar products.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team to further discuss solar solutions.
Provide accurate information regarding solar panels, installation procedures, and after-sales services.
Follow up on previous inquiries and ensure the customer’s interest is maintained.
Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to closure.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in solar energy to provide customers with accurate information.
