- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Record and maintain accurate data on customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle objections and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve telecalling strategies and techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Proficient in using telecalling software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
