Works for disabled welfare in the areas of education, livelihood, training, placement and rehabilitation.
•
Consists around 600 employees
•
Multiple centers across India and abroad.
*Education
10th/PUC/Any graduates with BPO experience. Freshers will also be considered.
Job Description / Responsibilities
•
Calls prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
•
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
•
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
•
Make telephone calls to prospects
•
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
•
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
•
Maintain confidentiality
•
Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Desired profile of the candidate
•
Should have Excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manner and Convincing Power.
•
Fluent in English & Kannada
•
Should be able to work with a Team.
•
Good at Computers.
*Desired work experience (in complete years):
Freshers/Min One year experience.
Annual Compensation Offered- CTC
13,000/- per month
