- Make outbound calls to potential students and professionals.
- Follow up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into enrollments.
- Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
- Meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Answer questions and resolve inquiries from prospective students.
- Maintain positive relationships with leads and existing students.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales.
- Experience in education sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
