Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers over the phone. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply for this role. If you are confident, self-motivated, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote our products/services.
Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and offering solutions.
Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations, ensuring the flow of prospects.
Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Data Management and Reporting:
Update customer information and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, lead generation, and other relevant metrics.
Sales and Upselling (if applicable):
Promote and upsell products or services where applicable, achieving sales targets.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:
Any Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Good listening skills and the ability to engage in effective conversation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
