We are looking for a Telecaller to make outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Making Outbound Calls – Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
✅ Handling Inbound Calls – Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently.
✅ Lead Generation & Follow-ups – Maintain a database of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
✅ Explaining Products/Services – Provide detailed information to customers and clarify doubts.
✅ Sales & Conversion – Convince potential customers to purchase or sign up for services.
✅ Maintaining Call Records – Document customer interactions and update CRM/software.
✅ Achieving Targets – Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
