Hi, this is NGO and We need Telecaller for donation Calling. We Need Female Staff for Our NGO.

Responsibilities:

Contacting donors: Making phone calls to potential and existing donors to raise awareness and convince them to donate

Maintaining records: Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved

Verifying information: Verifying donor addresses, emails, and other necessary fields

Building relationships: Building relationships with donors and reactivating or upgrading them

Providing customer service: Providing customer service and support to clients

Performing general clerical duties: Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and printing

Maintaining confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality

Understanding performance: Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis
