We are now expanding our services to teleconsultations and telecalling for better patient engagement and care.

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified BAMS doctor to join our team as a Telecalling Consultant. The role involves connecting with patients over the phone, providing initial consultations, offering treatment guidance, and supporting patients with Ayurveda-based health advice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic consultations for Ayurvedic treatments.
Answer patient queries about Ayurvedic therapies, remedies, and lifestyle changes.
Provide follow-up advice and treatment modifications over the phone.
Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with other Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners at the clinic.

Requirements:

BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of telemedicine platforms and teleconsultation tools.
Empathy and patience in dealing with patients.
