Job Description: Telecalling Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ Years
Reports to: Manager

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales.
Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries professionally.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
