Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and offers effectively to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close deals.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
