Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students, and explain our courses benefits
2. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our company and services
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions with clients using MS Word and MS Excel
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation
5. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your knowledge and customer interaction skills
6. Uphold the company's values by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our students
