- Client, Third party, Vendor Internal Sub-Functions coordination.
- Monitoring day to day tickets and take it forward to next level to follow it up till closer.
- Escalate the exceptions observed in the logs with the immediate seniors.
- Need to pick up the tickets on time and ensure service continuity.
- Following the process flow for all changes before and after execution of the activity.
- Raise change request (CR) based on the incident and service request/ Jira task and submit to function head for approval
- Closure of Tickets within the SLA.
- Pre deployment preparation of all applications
- Validating operations post implementation
- Ensuring full adherence and compliance to Change Management Process
- Maintain reports.
Eligibility criteria for Trainee:
- 2.96 CTC Per Annum
- 70 % above in 10th 12th and UG/PG
- No History of arrears.
- U.G. - B.E./B.Tech - E.C.E.
- Night Shift Allowance: Rs 250 /- Per Night.
- Night Travel Allowance: Rs 300/- Per Night (Employee Leaving after 10:30 PM)
- Sunday Allowance: Rs 2,000/-
- Call back Allowance - If you are asked to work after shift hours - 500/-
