Job Description
Eligibility for TeleMarketing position with 0-2 years of experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles. Freshers also welcome.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
4. Strong persuasive skills with the ability to engage customers and promote products or services effectively.
5. Proficiency in using telephony systems and CRM software for making calls and updating customer information.
6. Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Time management skills to efficiently handle a high volume of calls and meet performance targets.
8. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
