Job Description: Telemarketing Executive - Female

Job Location: Balussery, Kozhikode
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Role Overview:

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our products, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. This role is critical in driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships for Paint World’s Balussery branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Jotun products and services.
Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
Present and explain product features and benefits to customers, answering any questions they may have.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up on orders in a timely manner.
Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on Jotun’s product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Educate customers about new products, special promotions, and incentives.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
Assist in market research by gathering customer feedback and insights during calls.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
Support the team in organizing sales events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Adhere to the company’s telemarketing scripts, guidelines, and protocols.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain customer confidentiality.
Follow ethical sales practices and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a telemarketing or customer service role, preferably in a retail or paint industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
