- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively to build trust and rapport.
- Accurately collect and record customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update customer data.
- Analyse collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.

- Relevant certifications or course work in sales or marketing is a plus.
