Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Telephonic Sales Executive to convert leads into customers for both online and offline sales, including motivational workshops and online chakra healing courses. Your role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, persuasively pitching products/services, and closing deals. Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and prior telesales experience are preferred. Join us to accelerate your sales career in a high-energy environment!

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
  • Convert leads into sales by building rapport and addressing customer concerns.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

3. Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep track of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM software.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.

4. Handling Objections & Negotiation:

  • Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
  • Persuade customers with strong negotiation skills.
  • Close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
