Job Description
Hiring: Telesales advisor
Number of Positions:
Chennai – 20 (Freshers from the 2024 batch with good communication can apply)
Kochi – 10 (Freshers from the 2024 batch with good communication can apply)
Language Requirements:
Chennai: Tamil + English
Kochi: Malayalam + English
Qualification: HSC Passed
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads, offering products that assist in their partner search.
· Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers.
· Updating call disposition comments after each call with relevant details.
· Conducting follow-up calls with inquiries that have not yet converted.
· Maintaining accurate records of follow-up details in the system.
· Meeting daily talk time targets and call volume expectations.
· Achieving revenue targets and maintaining lead-to-conversion ratios.
· Participating in periodic evaluations.
· Assisting walk-in customers (if assigned), explaining product features, and converting them into premium members.
· Maintaining all necessary documentation related to job responsibilities.

Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (6 days working, rotational week off)
