Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent with at least 6 months of experience in telesales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services that match those needs, while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.

Understand the customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and confidence.
