Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
-
Make daily outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company or collected from various sources.
-
Present and explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

Generate interest and handle basic questions or objections from customers.
2. Lead Conversion:
-
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and convert warm leads into actual customers.
-
Follow up on leads consistently to build relationships and move them down the sales funnel.
-
Maintain an understanding of customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
3. Target Achievement:
-
Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Maintain productivity and quality metrics as defined by the sales manager or supervisor.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, offers, and policies.
-
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat sales and build loyalty.

Handle minor customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
5. Data & Reporting:
-
Maintain records of calls, conversations, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Submit daily or weekly reports on lead status, call outcomes, and conversion ratios.

Analyze feedback from calls to provide suggestions for improving pitch or product offerings.
