- Converting potential leads into customers by answering incoming calls/dialing outbound leads on a rotating basis; .
- Influence customers to buy or retain product by following a prepared script
- Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Meets the monthly KPIâs
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending training session, reviewing training modules
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Job Description for Customer Support process
- Resolve the Customerâs concerns/ requirements by gathering/recording an appropriate level of information to determine the nature of the query/request and action required. Processing each call / mail / chat in accordance with IL standards.
- Provide/take relevant information and update the system/s accordingly.
- Where the query cannot be successfully concluded at the first point of contact, provide the relevant functional area with a clear and concise written/verbal summary of the situation and its priority.
- Provide the Customer with a clear explanation of the action taken
- Ability to understand and handle irate customers
- Smoothly operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies and all applications
- Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
- Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards
- Should be a Qualified Graduate (Full time or Part time)
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good written & verbal skills
- Typing speed 30-40 WPM.
- Freshers are ok but the lineup should happen with right balance for experienced
- Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Energy Level, Persistence
- Customer Focus
- Data Entry Skills
- Resources ready to join in 1 week to 10 Days would be given priority Interested.
