Duties and Responsibilities:
*Identifying the potential customers and generating leads through systematic call by analyzing their financial status
*Selling health/medical insurance by explaining its benefits
*Following the customers till the sales getting done.
*Reporting the target achieved to the TL/Manager
Qualification and experience required:
*12th/Graduate/Diploma
*Tele Sales experience is must, Insurance sales exposure is an adding advantage.
*Should have convincing skills
*Should be ready to work under pressure
*Should be a self motivated person
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
